Love our Mt Vernon AE Pellet Stove
We purchased the Quadra-Fire Mt Vernon AE insert for our new home built by Doug Young Construction. Allen helped us with our purchase and was very helpful, courteous, and professional. We just moved in and have only used our new stove for a couple of weeks but love it. I have burned round wood for 40 years and really like the convenience and availability of pellets. This stove puts out a lot of heat and I hope it provides years of trouble free service. Thanks Fireside!

Wonderful Service and Excellent Product...
We had amazing service from the moment we walked in the store until the hot tub was put in place. Seth took the time on two different occasions, to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions to help us make the right decision. The delivery process was simple and quick and the man who helped us with the install (forgot his name) was very caring and took the time to again answer all of our questions. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for outdoor toys. Thanks so much!

Thanks for Fixing My Fireplace
Since we moved into our house in January 2014 the fireplace never had flames that were visible but after your help fixing it the flames are yellow and high and enjoyable to look at.The glass even sparkles! We now look forward to coming home and turning on our fireplace. Thank you so much!
The most professional group I've run across in a long time.
Overall, I am happy with the stove and the end product. The sales staff in the store were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The scheduling department leaves a lot of room for improvement. I was told that I was 30 days out for an install. At 20 days out I called to see where I was on the schedule and to my surprise, I was told that my stove was already installed! I actually had to look over to see the empty place on the wall to verify that it was not installed! My file was lost and considered closed. The Scheduling woman was the most unprofessional / angry employee I have had the displeasure giving business to in a long time. The installers were pleasant and completed the job quickly once I was on the schedule. I complained to the owner and he listened intently, but did nothing to resolve the issues. I will look elsewhere next time.

Wood Stove Insert
Sales staff was very helpful and knowledge about the product. Everything was delivered as promised . The install crew left no mess and did a great job. We had a problem with our new QuadraFire pellet stove insert the first time we fired it up. After calling your office, your service tech Jacob showed up and did an absolutely stellar job trouble-shooting and fixing the problem with a twitchy safety sensor. He was thoroughly professional and patiently answered the many questions I had. The pride in his work is obvious and so is his customer-oriented attitude. Your service team is awesome!
We would like to take this opportunity to commend the work of technicians John Wall and Jacob McNeely in fixing our propane fireplace. They are both very knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly and effectively. Along the way, they gave us a valuable lesson in propane fireplace use, and even went up onto the roof to check the chimney piping. In addition to being outstanding technicians, we found both of them to be very friendly and polite. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

...I found that [my mother's] pellet stove (purchased from another dealer) was not functioning... In a panic, I called fireside... The store manager came out within twenty minutes, spent at least 2 hours repairing...and would not except any payment at all... I would recommend fireside, honestly and without hesitation...

We Love Our New Lopi Endeavor Wood Stove
We needed to replace our worn out wood stove and Fireside did a great job of helping us buy a new stove. The salesperson we worked with gave us some great choices and helped us save some money as well. The installation crew was friendly and professional. All in all a great experience and the new Lopi stove is highly efficient, safe and easy to operate.

Hot Spring Spa Owner
Hot spring spa ACE saltwater system stay away. Saltwater cell lasted 18 mo before it stopped working. Customer service says they last 18 mo to 2 yrs. Cell replacement $800.00 plus installation. 1 yr. warranty. BEWARE.
Heat N Glo Gas Insert
Not only is our new Heat N Glo gas insert an efficient heat source for our living room, it is also a stunning visual anchor for the room. Alan was wonderful to work with and the installation was quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend Fireside for your next fire place or insert needs.
I really can't say enough about the excellent experience I had with Fireside. The salesman was no pressure, very knowledgeable, and gave good advice about size and placement of the wood stove I bought. It really is perfect for my situation. The installation guys were both very professional and friendly. The only downside I found is that they didn't clean up well when the left. I'm picky about that, though. Other than that it is a very clean installation. When the county inspector came he said that often times he will call Fireside to see if they know something he doesn't with regard to equipment and clearances. I thought that a high endorsement of Fireside. I will recommend Fireside without hesitation.

Fireside fixed our gas fireplace. Both technicians were very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was also impressive that they laid down drop cloths before starting the repairs. We will enjoy a warmer winter thanks to Fireside.

In Love with My New Hot Tub
I love my hot tub! I bought a spa 25 years ago and have had no problems.
The only regret I have with my new Weber grill is that I wish I would have purchased a bigger one. If there were a way to exchange it for the larger unit without getting hammered on price I'd do it. Thanks.

I have purchased my grill and fire table from Fireside. Service in-store and delivery was outstanding! They didn't have quite the fire table I was looking for and they worked with me and the manufacturer to build me a custom table. When it comes time to add an additional fireplace, I will be getting here!!
Fireside installed roof vent leaks water
Please call me at 949-292-6089. I took photos for reference and would like a Foreman Tech here to correct roof flashing to proper water tight seal. Urgent .. drywall install soon in my new construction. 60662 River Bend Drive. Monday? call me ASAP. Thanks. Interior stove pipe needs adjust also. I'll point out concern for additional correction. 1-31-16
New Stove Purchase-Installation

First off let me say we love the new Lopi stove and the installation is working flawlessly and we realize our experience ordering and bringing our order to completion was somewhat different from many of the reports below, however our experience with Fireside was kind of like swimming up stream the whole time. Perhaps with Fireside being the only place to purchase a Lopi stove in the area, they have little worry you'll go elsewhere. Or maybe their just so busy they've lost their way. But whatever it is, it seemed to take many separate visits to the store and phone calls before anyone became remotely interested in following up on our $5000.00 project. Our frustrations were such that if we could have purchased elsewhere, we would have.. Only after they requested and received 75% up front payment did anything really start to move. A bit insulting for someone with a credit rating over 800! That said, once we finally got the ball rolling things went better and as we indicated earlier, the end product is fine. But in our case, we feel the sales process could have been better.

Not installed properly the first time, had to wait for installers to return so I could plug the unit in. The unit is beautiful with the porcelain over cast iron in Majorca brown. The real test will come this fall/winter. I have read many reviews where people had problems with the auto-igniter, so we will see...
OUTSTANDING (SO FAR)
Had a major problem with our new tub. The water lines to the pump motor were not attached and tightened resulting in major leaks. But Fireside is going to rectify by having their technician come out and resolve. I'll hold until that is complete on giving a five star total

Terrific Tutorial & Technical Expertise
On December 1, 2020 our new Harman Absolute 43 pellet stove which we purchased from Fireside was installed. We were happy with the installation and performance of the stove. After a routine cleaning on February 8, 2021 the stove refused to ignite. Nancy Lee, scheduler, arranged for Jason Lincoln to call us prior to a service call scheduled for Thursday, February 11th. Via phone Jason gave us information to do a manual start of the unit saying, "Don't be cold till I get there." Jason was spectacular during the service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The stove ignited and the stove soon glowing. During the appointment Jason not only repaired the problem, he also gave us a terrific tutorial which enables us to use the stove to its fullest capacity. We highly recommend Jason for his fine personal skills and teaching abilities which he combines with expert knowledge and technical capacity.
