We had a problem with our new QuadraFire pellet stove insert the first time we fired it up. After calling your office, your service tech Jacob showed up and did an absolutely stellar job trouble-shooting and fixing the problem with a twitchy safety sensor. He was thoroughly professional and patiently answered the many questions I had. The pride in his work is obvious and so is his customer-oriented attitude. Your service team is awesome!
